Landslides are provoked by heavy rains. The water flows from the higher part of the mountain, moving earth and rocks… sometimes also trees and other things... |

That’s not too bad… |
| ELPHI |
Well… a big landslide can destroy houses… and bury anything in its path down the mountain… |
| MAKI |
(AFRAID) Has anybody died of a landslide? |
| ELPHI |
It depends of where you are… A lot of people have died buried by landslides. They didn’t have time to move out of their houses. |

Why didn’t they get out on time? |
| ELPHI |
People are sometimes afraid of losing their values. |
| MONKITO |
So we also have to be prepared against landslides… |
| ELPHI |
Yes. Who knows how to be prepared? |
| MONKITO |
I do. Everyone can live in the trees, like us! |
| ELPHI |

Move your house to a safer place! |
| ELPHI |
That’s very right! And if it rains like today, it’s better to pay attention to the weatherman. All the time! |
